Chef Marcel’s culinary journey began aboard luxury cruise ships where he

refined his skills while cruising the Caribbean, Alaska, and Hawaii. After arriving in the UK in 2005, he gained experience at prestigious venues, including the Grand Thistle in Bristol, 195 Piccadilly (home of BAFTA) in London, and the Scottish Parliament and estates such as Carberry Tower. These invaluable experiences laid the foundation for his passion for excellence in creating memorable dining experiences.

In 2019, Marcel launched his private chef business to bring restaurant-quality dining to private settings. expanding into larger-scale events while maintaining the bespoke, intimate experiences that define his brand.
